Texas All-Lines Adjuster License Course – $199 (rate applies to local classes only)

The Texas All-Lines Insurance Adjuster License is the first step to becoming an insurance adjuster. The Texas All-Lines Insurance Adjuster License is the adjusting industry’s preferred license – for Texas residents and non-residents.

Our 3 day Texas Adjuster Pre-licensing Course (#24083) satisfies all Texas Department of Insurance requirements for obtaining your Texas All-Lines insurance adjuster license. Once you complete this course and pass the exam you are then eligible to apply for your Texas All-lines Adjuster License.

The Property Adjusting Academy Guarantees that you will pass the licensing exam or we will allow you to take the course again free of charge and provide the guidance and assistance to ensure a successful second attempt.

There are no additional expenses for this course…all materials are included. The exam will be administered at the end of the class … free of charge .



Over 30 States Give Reciprocity to the Texas All-Lines License
Reciprocity is the arrangement whereby a state will recognize the validity of another state’s license and issue their own license accordingly. You are not required to take a course or exam. If you hold a Texas license you can merely submit your application to those states.

Xactimate 27 Training – $299 (rate applies to local classes only)


The Property Adjusting Academy offers an informative 2 day Xactimate Training course (#27037). Knowing the essentials of this estimating program and criteria are vital to your effectiveness and efficiency as a claims adjuster. This course will give you the insight and education required to become an effective user of Xactimate 28 and Sketch. Classroom hours are Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Topics covered within our course include:

  • Administrative Setup (Company Headers, Model Opening Statements)
  • Organizing Your Estimate
  • Dimensioning Rooms (Length, Width, Height, Offsets)
  • Common Repair Operations (Wind/Hail, Fire and Water Losses)
  • Building Macros
  • Pricing, Tax, Overhead/Profit
  • Sketch Roofs and Rooms plus more!

This course requires that you bring your own laptop. We will provide you the Xactimate software and assist in downloading this software onto your computer. It is recommended that you also bring a mouse for this class. Having a mouse will enable you to navigate much easier when we perform the sketch creations of both rooms and roofs during our course.

  • Xactimate 28 works with Windows 2000, Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Windows Vista
  • Xactimate 28 requires at least a 1 GHz processor
  • Your computer needs at least 1.5 Gigs of free hard drive space available
  • Your computer should have 256 MB of RAM (512 MB or better is recommended)
